Reservation and payment

• A reservation is only final after the landlord has received the down payment of 50% of the rental amount from the tenant.
• The remaining rent must be paid no later than 13 weeks before the start of the rental period.
• For reservations made within 13 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.
