Arrival and departure

• The Kokkelburgh is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival; departure before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request with the owner.

Use of the holiday home

• The holiday home may only be used by the tenant and the co-residents indicated at the time of booking.
• It is not permitted to organize parties or gatherings without the written consent of the landlord.
• It is prohibited to smoke in the holiday home.
• Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning and deposit

• The tenant must leave the holiday home clean and tidy.
• A deposit of €150 is requested at the beginning of the rental period.
• The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, minus any damage or additional costs.

Liability

• The tenant is liable for all damage to the holiday home and/or inventory caused by him/her.
• Landlord accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage or injury of any kind.
• Tenant is required to have their own liability insurance.
